A bit about the products that we offer off the shelf:
Bakery Film
Bakery Film, centre folded polypropylene, plain bakery wrapping film for cakes, sandwiches, tortilla wraps and all bakery products including pies, quiches, pastries, biscuits and muffins. Standard sized centre-folded reels used in the bakery and catering industries.
Customers can find these plain bakery film rolls stocked in three sizes all with the same thickness. The sizes are as follows; 200mm/400mm, 300mm/600mm and 350mm/700mm.
Bread Bags
Bread Bags come in two kinds, Clear Gusseted Polythene Bags LD blend and Micro Perforated Polypropylene bags on dispensing wickets.
The Polythene bags are suitable for food use. Commonly known as bread bags. Made for use with loaves of bread, ideal to keep your bread fresh with high clarity. High quality side Gusseted Poly Bread Loaf Bags that serve many purposes for home kitchens to bakeries and food service industries.
The Polypropylene bags are also food safe and perforated with huge amounts of tiny holes (micro-perforated) to enable the produce to breathe. The wicket Itself consists of two metal poles which stick out directly from the top section of the batch, creating a 50mm lip. The wicket enables the bags to be easily pulled or torn from the batch, ideal for fast paced work environments. Popular in the retail and food service industry for packaging fresh bread, baguettes and sandwiches. These bags can then be sealed in various ways to seal and secure the merchandise for storage or transit.
Customers can find these various bread bags stocked in 3 sizes of micro perforated, 2 sizes of plain and 1 size of perforated all with the same gauge. The sizes are as follows; 150mm x 710mm, 250mm x 300mm and 300mm x 400mm in micro perforated. 6″ x 11″ x 18.25″ and 8″ x 12″ x 22″ in plain. 8″ x 12″ x22″ in perforated.
Film Front
Film Fronted Bags are white sulphite paper backed bags with a high clarity polypropylene film front. Hygienic, food safe and fundamentally used in the catering industry to package filled sandwiches, rolls and baguettes, cakes, muffins, croissants and cookies because the clear film at the front will allow the produce to be shown off and entice those hungry customers.
Customers can find these plain film fronted bags stocked in two sizes all with the same thickness. The sizes are as follows; 10″ x 10″ and 7″ x 7″.
Food Bags
Food Bags, Blue tinted MD Polythene bags primarily for the food packaging industry. Light duty polythene bags, manufactured from food safe virgin polythene suitable for food packaging, such as ingredients, sweets and much more.
Customers can find these food bags stocked in one size of 24″ x 36″
