We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return:

• Contact our customer service team
• Pack items securely with original packaging
• Ship to the address provided

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

If You Have Simply Changed Your Mind
If you have ordered goods from us, but then simply decided that you wish to cancel your order then this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis dependent on what order you have placed with us and whether it is bespoke or not.
If we collect the goods from you, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of collection (and we may if we wish deduct this from your refund).

Goods Are Faulty on Arrival
If you find that your goods are faulty on arrival, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund.

Goods Damaged on Arrival
If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you must write on the delivery note that the packaging is damaged or refuse to accept the delivery. Please also contact us within 48 hours with details of the damage. This will help us considerably in raising the matter with our appointed carrier. Once the damaged goods have been received back into our warehouse, we will replace or credit them.

Goods Not as Ordered
If you receive goods from us that differ from what you have ordered, then we require that you notify us within 48 hours by phone, or email.

Goods returned under query/complaint
If goods returned under query/complaint are found on inspection not to be faulty Reynopoly UK Ltd reserve the right to with-hold full credit. (Collection costs and re-stocking fees maybe applicable)
