Extra heavy duty reinforced adhesive tape with two-directional (cross weave) and one direction (mono) fibreglass filaments running across the tape. Extremely strong, durable packing tapes that can be used as an alternative to polypropylene strapping. With the ability to adhere to all paper and cardboard surfaces with an incredibly long lasting grip, these filament tapes are commonly used for high security sealing. Exceptional tear resistance.
Crossweave filament tape has an untearable clear 110-130 micron polypropylene film backing. Due to the glass fibres which run in both directions across the tape.
Mono filament tape is untearable across the width due to the glass fibres which run lengthways down the tape.
Widths of tape;
24mm (1 inch) 36 per box. 38mm (1.5 inch) 24 per box. 48mm (2 inch) 18 per box. 75mm (3 inch) 12 per box.
Size of cores;
The size of cores are usually dependent on the length of the roll. Most reinforced tape cores sizes are 75mm with 50 metres on a roll.

Follow these simple steps to seal your boxes securely:
- Prepare the Surface
Make sure the box flaps are clean, dry, and free from dust or debris. - Position the Tape
Pull out the end of the tape and place it along the center seam of the box flaps. - Apply Even Pressure
Press the tape down firmly along the seam to ensure good adhesion. - Seal the Edges
Extend the tape slightly over the edges of the box and press down to prevent lifting. - Reinforce if Needed
For heavier packages, apply extra strips of tape in an “H” pattern across the top and bottom seams. - Cut or Tear the Tape
Use a tape dispenser or scissors to neatly cut the tape once the seam is fully covered.
