Red Litho Tape is a speciality tape designed for film and negative masking. Light, age resistant and easily removed without splitting, tearing or leaving adhesive residues. Easily applied as the tape lies flat during positioning and is not prone to edge curling, this ensures secure masking with perfect edge definition. It is highly transparent to the human eye even without the use of a light table, therefore parts already masked remain visible, enabling accurate positioning of the tape.
Red Cellulose litho lithographic tape is available in translucent red. This tape is a translucent red cellulose film coated on one side with a specially formulated natural rubber pressure sensitive adhesive that is used in the graphic arts, printing and photographic industries as the tape absorbs ultra-violet light.
Widths of tape;
12mm (0.5 inch) 144 per box. 18mm (0.75 inch) 96 per box. 24mm (1 inch) 72 per box. 36mm (1.5 inch) 48 per box. 48mm (2 inch) 36 per box.
Size of cores;
The size of cores are usually dependent on the length of the roll. Most Litho tape cores sizes are 75mm with 66 metres on a roll.

Follow these simple steps to seal your boxes securely:
- Prepare the Surface
Make sure the box flaps are clean, dry, and free from dust or debris. - Position the Tape
Pull out the end of the tape and place it along the center seam of the box flaps. - Apply Even Pressure
Press the tape down firmly along the seam to ensure good adhesion. - Seal the Edges
Extend the tape slightly over the edges of the box and press down to prevent lifting. - Reinforce if Needed
For heavier packages, apply extra strips of tape in an “H” pattern across the top and bottom seams. - Cut or Tear the Tape
Use a tape dispenser or scissors to neatly cut the tape once the seam is fully covered.
