Biodegradable Hot Melt adhesive paper tape offers long-lasting adhesion and requires minimal pressure when applied. Easily torn by hand. Ideal for perfectly finished packaging and presentation. It is widely used in the craft and framing industry as picture framers apply it to the back of frames as part of the border/framing process. This is where the tape sticking to itself comes in handy. For this reason, this kraft tape is often referred to as ‘framing tape’ or ‘framers tape”. No need for water activation as this self-adhesive paper tape has a long-lasting natural adhesive, which quickly and securely sticks to all carton surfaces. The tape can be applied with a standard tape dispenser for fast, accurate placement.
Self-adhesive paper tape has a strong resistance to moisture and humidity. The tape is manufactured from 57gsm silicone free Kraft paper with a biodegradable hot melt adhesive making it environmentally responsible and recyclable with the carton. Use for sealing boxes up to 20kg in weight.

Size of cores;
The size of cores are usually dependent on the length of the roll. Paper tape core sizes are 75mm with 50 metres on a roll.

- Prepare the Surface
Make sure the box flaps are clean, dry, and free from dust or debris. - Position the Tape
Pull out the end of the tape and place it along the center seam of the box flaps. - Apply Even Pressure
Press the tape down firmly along the seam to ensure good adhesion. - Seal the Edges
Extend the tape slightly over the edges of the box and press down to prevent lifting. - Reinforce if Needed
For heavier packages, apply extra strips of tape in an “H” pattern across the top and bottom seams. - Cut or Tear the Tape
Use a tape dispenser or scissors to neatly cut the tape once the seam is fully covered.
