What is pallet wrap?

What's the difference between hand pallet wrap and machine pallet wrap?

Hand pallet wrap is applied manually and is ideal for lower-volume operations.
Machine pallet wrap is applied using a wrapping machine, making it faster and more consistent for high-volume palletising.

What thickness of pallet wrap do I need?

The thickness (measured in microns) depends on the weight and type of load:

Light loads (up to 300kg): 15–17 micron
Medium loads (300–600kg): 20–23 micron
Heavy loads (600kg+): 25 micron+

What is pre-stretch pallet wrap?

Pre-stretched pallet wrap has already been stretched during manufacturing, making it lighter, easier to apply, and more economical. It also provides excellent load stability with less film usage.
